Here’s a quick recipe, for bulk dinners or lunches through the week!
Pair this whole veg mix with your favourite Chicken recipe.
Recipe (15 mins):
– 1 sliced Onion
– Cut Zucchini
– Sliced Carrots
– Cut and parboiled Parsnip
– Sliced and grilled Sweetcorn
– Heat 1tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– Cook onions until soft
– Toss in the rest of the vegetables
– Add in Salt, Pepper, Chilli Oil
– Mix Worcheshire Sauce, dry herbs
– Mix in Organic Honey for added caramelization
Optional:
1tbsp of reduced fat Creme Fraiche
