Satay Sauce Recipe:
– 1 x Can full-fat Coconut Milk
– 2 tbsp red curry paste (any brand will do because it’s an enhancer rather than key flavouring)
– 3/4 cup (180g) natural peanut butter
– 3 tbsp Honey / Sugar
– 2 tsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp curry powder
– 1 tsp salt
– 3/4 cup (185ml) water
